The following pages describe the quantum medium view
so you can see why its two premises (page 20) and their logical consequences are far more plausible than currently accepted
spacetime theory (a.k.a. relativity theory).
As you may know, spacetime theory is based on the law or postulate that the speed of light in a vacuum is
constant and the same in all inertial reference frames, regardless of the speeds of the reference frames through the cosmos.
This "law" means that the photons comprising the light we see coming from a star always arrive at Earth
with the same speed (relative to Earth), regardless of Earth's speed toward or away from the star!
